What is the status of my order?

You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order which should include information about the number of items bought, delivery address and expected ship date(s) for your items. You'll receive another email when your order ships.


How long does it take to ship my order?

It will take 8-15 days for your order to arrive however, during times of high order volume or with specific shipments, shipping times may be slightly longer.

 

How can I track my package?

You can track your package using our Track Your Order page.

 

What is your return policy? 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@oneclickmart.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What happens if my order arrived damaged or has been lost?

For damaged goods, please refer to our return policy for the information.

It is considered a lost item if an order hasn't arrived after 30 days and will be replaced. Damaged and lost goods are reissued free of charge. 

 

Can I exchange an item?

Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we have all done it. As long as your order hasn't been processed or shipped, you can make changes to it.
